CINDY COSOLA

Cindy is an experienced program and project scheduler scheduling multi-million-dollar contracts. She has been responsible for all aspects of Project Controls using a variety of tools. Responsible duties have included updating and maintaining program cost codes, development and execution of baseline change orders, development, and execution of the Change Management Request input into P6, running weekly individual project and program weekly reports.  She has been responsible for full Earned Value analysis of projects and building the resource dictionary within P6 and cost and resource loading the schedules. She has experience scheduling for design, design-build, construction projects and large-scale program scheduling overseeing over 400 active projects concurrently. Cindy is currently serving as the Lead scheduler for the Hetchy Renewal and Replacement (R&R) Program working with the San Francisco Public Utility Commission (SFPUC) Project Controls group to create schedules and reports for the management team.
