College Hill Reservoir Outlet Structure and Pipeline

JHCE is providing office engineering support to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) for replacement of a portion of the existing College Hill Pipeline; a large diameter water transmission pipeline that runs from the College Hill Reservoir, through SFPUC's Right of Way and across an unpaved portion of Prospect Avenue to Cortland Avenue, as well as Santa Marina Street from Prospect to Mission Streets. The project also includes installation of new reservoir roof vaults, improved reservoir road access, and electrical upgrades.
