JHCE has a full suite of construction inspectors from every discipline available for extended or on-call assignments.  Our inspectors have a demonstrated ability to understand and apply technical knowledge: interpret engineering plans and specifications, records and applicable codes, safety regulations as applied to construction and other regulatory requirements. They are also able to provide value-added Construction Management services, which include the management and administration of contracts, scoping of work for construction of facilities, management and coordination of projects, and review of contractor payment applications.  Our Team includes Inspectors with expertise in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.  We require certification in International Code Council (ICC) in applicable disciplines, and OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 training.
