JHCE is expert in the use of hydraulic and hydrologic models for planning and engineering evaluations.  JHCE evaluates pressure pipeline, gravity open channel (sewer), reservoir water supply, and rivers using a variety of available model platforms, depending on client needs.  JHCE is expert in the use and interpretation of models and model results for sound engineering judgments.
