Jermaine Coffman has over eleven years of Health, Environment, and Safety experience and possesses working knowledge of the Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Wastewater Issues for the Oil and Gas Industry, and Industrial Storm Water and Industrial Wastewater Permitting, as well as Construction Safety at several SFPUC Water and Wastewater facilities. Jermaine has a Graduate degree from California State University Fullerton in Environmental Engineering, an Engineer in Training, a T2 Water Treatment Operator, and a Certified Safety Professional. He is an excellent communicator and is passionate about developing his knowledge of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants. He also possesses extensive and effective experience in project management for high-risk and complex projects where he relies on his knowledge to develop and improve practices and procedures.
