Joe is a recognized expert in water systems/infrastructure engineering and operations support. Joe’s 25+ years of experience spans a wide spectrum of project types & roles including water system master planning, hydraulic modeling, condition assessment, management consulting, asset management, construction management, project management, coastal/marine construction management and standard operating procedure (SOP) development. Hands-on, collaborative, and able to execute complex projects through to completion, Joe has a long-standing track record of project success and building strategic long-term client/partner relationships. Joe has a Masters from UC Berkeley in Civil & Environmental Engineering and is a licensed Civil Engineer & T2 Water Treatment Operator. He's managed and executed more than 90 projects, including such disciplines as Field Inspection and Condition Assessment, Asset Management, Maintenance/Operations Planning, Facility Operations Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Engineering Planning of Water Infrastructure, and Hydraulic Modeling.
