Lee is a Senior Operations Specialist with over 44 years’ experience in the design and operations of water treatment facilities. Lee has held a number of positions with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, where he began as a plant operator and advanced to superintendent, having direct day-to-day oversight of treatment facility operations and maintenance.
