Payum Vossoughi, PE

Payum Vossoughi is a highly motivated, licensed civil engineer who applies his technical background and experience to handle a variety of field and construction related tasks. Payum has broad experience in geotechnical engineering as well as field geotechnical investigation, monitoring, and testing. Mr. Vossoughi has performed engineering for structures in areas susceptible to liquefaction and/or slope instability, including large-scale commercial developments supported on deep foundation elements and/or soils which have received some form of ground improvement. Payum has recently transitioned to a construction management role, providing multi-disciplinary oversight on challenging construction projects.
