Rolando Bueno is a professional civil engineer with over 26 years of experience working in the water infrastructure industry, with a focus on successful completions of capital improvement projects for critical operating facilities. He has held positions of increasing authority at Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) and East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), most recently serving as Engineering Capital Manager at Valley Water for the Pipelines Project Delivery Unit.
